I lost a great friend to grooming and it destroyed what was he promising life. And I've seen a few female friends fall into the trap dating far older guys. One of my best friends, and I stopped talking while in college, because she began dating a 40-year-old dude who became jealous of our friendship. We didn't speak for roughly a decade.
